joomlacode.org problems?

hello all, 

i may have missed the announcement but is the joomlacode.org download section down?  i'm trying to dowload the late RC of 1.5 and receiving "Unable to Connect" error messages. 

is anyone else having a problem?

Everything seems fine, now.  I attempted to download version 1.5, this morning, and it worked.  Must have been just a little network glitch.

Server seems to be down at the moment, keep getting connection time-outs. Does anybody know whats wrong ?
