I want that ask, is this site official? http://www.joomlaturkiye.org
they wrote every area and site title "Joomla! Turkey official site" İf this true, why can't be seen At there any offical action.

i wrote translate on this caps

The Joomla.org suite of sites are the only OFFICAL Joomla websites.

The second one would be correct.

There is no such thing as a Joomla!  Turkiye Official Site. It would tend to cause confusion.
