I'm in the same boat, having uploaded an extensions a couple of days ago. I got a confirmation email that it was in the queue.
"New Extension (pending approval) - Freeway Joomla Integration"
Is there a wait period?
Many thanks in advance.

Hi Damian,
Extensions that meet the simple rules for being listed will normally be approved within 24hours
For all the submissions that do not meet these rules, there will be a delay in sending out an email explaining the reason for not approving.
In your case there was a problem with the first rule "All extensions must be installable on the Joomla! platform."
We do receive a lot of hacks, integrations and like that do require manual upload/extraction/installation. These cannot be approved.
