Animated and Static favicons Tutorial Topic is solved

I am loving Joomla, and this is my first post here.
I found an easy to follow tutorial on how to achieve an animated favicon for Firefox and a static one for IE at the sam e time. I was searching for a long time and hope it helps someone.
