I want to make a new thread and only have this option?!

I want to make a post requesting a mod/component but only have 'mark as read', 'notify' and 'new poll' options.

can someone please explain what I need to do?

Gee... I complained about that in PM a year ago to Johann... guess he was busy, oh gee I dunno, coding J!1.5 hehehe.  I'll forgive him.

(edit: the reason is he was the moderator of that forum at the time)

You will need to use a subforum. That top forum is closed.

ok, well I would have no idea why, since it seems like a useful forum, BUT since you are a mod and say it's so, maybe you should also delete the "new poll" button and make some sort of announcement to that effect and sticky it on there so casual users like me won't waste our time, or yours trying to figure out what we might be doing wrong.
