Feb 2008 Upgrade + RTL Tag

Hello,
Thanks a lot for the upgrade.

Right to Left Forums are showing the (RTL) code into the post's body therefore it seems like it's not activated on the BBCodes.

p.s. this is not a complain; it's rather a note

One more note.

Within the new editor, The 'Alignment' codes (Right-Centre-Left) also are missing yet the RTL is found for composing. As you know, the right one is used for the RTL forums too. This also is missing from the migrated threads

p.s. I realy appreciate all your efforts + Joomla! team's volunteering work.
