unblocking super administrator

Hey guys i am kind of new in joomla, apparently the super administrator in my joomla site is blocked, and i cant edit some of the info that had been posted by supera dminstrator.how do i unblock it?

Blocked as in unable to login? You'll want to go into your database admin tool (often phpMyAdmin) and in the jos_users table edit the admin user and change the value for blocked to 0.

Yeah! i cant log in,when i log in to jos_users there is the following fileds:id, name , username,email,password,usertype,block, send email,gid,register date,last visit date,activation, params,

so where exactly should i change i?
