Changing the user table
Ok I have multiple clean installs of joomla on one domain. they all use the same database but with a different prefix for each because these are seperate sites but I want to share the same users. How can I go into seperate installs and change the prefix used for the user database while retaining the seperate prefix for everything else?

Re: Changing the user table
I don't think changing the table prefix is going to solve your problem. It would require a great deal of work, and probably not the best solution.
You would need some sort of bridge to share the information you want, but I'm not sure there is anything like that to use between two Joomla sites. Probably would have to be a custom design.

If you're not a part of the solution, you're a part of the problem.
