My First AJAX Module [Joomla 1.5]

Hey all, can anyone point me in the direction of a good Joomla 1.5 AJAX module tutorial? I am kind of in over my head and am not sure what I exactly want to use, MooTools, or my own code, or if I have to use MooTools? Any help is greatly appreciated,

Well you don't have to use MooTools, but since it's included with Joomla it would be recommended.

I have not tried it myself but this topic explains the basics to adding some Ajax to the Hello World component, which would apply to a module as well.

Docs maybe of interest too.
