I'm looking at using VirtueMart w/ Joomla, but am not at that point yet.
I need to know if this type of menu is possible in Joomla, VirtueMart, or another cart extension.

Not sure if it's possible or not, but with a dynamic number of categories and items, it seems like it would have to be some hefty code to dynamically generate it on a sizable store. How many items are you planning on having in that menu?
