perForms Topic is solved

I just installed perForms and i'm trying to submit the data to a database but all it does when i hit submit it just reloads the page but the data is not stored in the database. I did the data binding and there is a table in the database for this form but nothing is being passed thru. What am i doing wrong?

I don't know much of anything about perForms. I'd try talking to the people that wrote it.
