Server under heavy load?

I clicked 'Active topics' and got this message several timesL
'Sorry but you cannot use search at this time. The server has high load. Please try again later.'

Is the Sandbox in a different server?

The search is now working again.
Just testing.

This seems to be the issue.

I am also getting the following error message.

Yes, the sandbox is on a different server.
