developer.joomla.org: 403 forbidden?

i've been trying all week to download the current patch files but all i get from the server is an 403 error

I am able to get on now. Small chance that somebody is looking into it, it is already new year in Australia at the moment

Wel you posted this only about 30 min ago,that's not much time to fix things

I didn't have any problems last week getting on the forge, though I've seen posts about downtime now and then.

If you want, I can mirror the patch files so you can download them. But you'll have to reply fast, because I'll be gone celebrating new year in 2 hours.

There seems to be no problems downloading or accessing the developer.joomla.org site and files at the moment.

What link give you that error?

doesn't matter... any URL on http://developer.joomla.org leads me to forbidden.html

It's something running in your browser, perhaps try Firefox.

Firefox acts even weirder... it's waiting for reply from developer.joomla.org until it times out.

Did someone put my ISP's IP-range on a blacklist for this server?

wait.. just came through to a maintanace notice in Firefox, IE is still the same
