Who are these, and how does one become part of them?

I just had a look (and submitted) at the tracker you've linked, Rey, and in the "Release" drop-down, there is no 1.0.6 choice..?

Edit: interesting read, thanks for the link Rey, can't be around as much as I'd like to lately.. :(

No way around this. 
That particular tracker field is tied to the file release system, so a new option is not avilable until a 1.0.6 area is created in the file release area.
And of course I cant do that until I release 1.0.6 - slightly hamstrung by the automated linkage.
