If you look throughout the day, they delete their post and repost it every time it goes below the last position on the front page (http://forge.joomla.org). Some of us want unique community news!
I read the other thread about how there is no way to filter posts. However, could you institute a code of conduct? It's bad when a top 20 project thinks it's ok to spam the news page over and over with the same story.
