Funding for not-for-profits

was wondering if maybe we could compile a list of funders? so that everybody on here who works with Not-For-Profits (im gonna use the Acronym from now on ) could pass it on to who ever does that.

im based in the UK so but it would be good to perhaps have a world wide one

anways here are some useful funders.

http://www.awardsforall.org.uk/ - currently fund up to £5,000 for local projects but soon to go up to £10,000

http://www.nesta.org.uk/ - fund arts based projects - quite alot too but from what i understand must be different etc.

http://www.jrf.org.uk/funding/research/prioritiesandcalls/priorities/default.asp fund around £5,000 from what i can remember aimed at projects for disadvantaged communities etc.


will add more when i get some time there are loades but these three stick out in my mind.
