Re: dev.joomla.org not healthy
We are experiencing some problems on the dev.joomla.org specifically with the mod_mainmenu module.
So until we can specifically pinpoint the issue, we have had to unpublish the menus as this is the only way to keep the site usable.
We do not believe its is a problem with Joomla! core.
It is either an issue with the wordpress or wiki integration used on this site - however we do not think this is likely.
Its most probably an issue withteh APC (Alternative php cache) used on the site

Re: dev.joomla.org not healthy
We have cleared the APC cache and republished the menus.
Hopefully this will fix the problem we have been experiencing with the site.
