[SOLVED] Turn Off Voting & Reviews for Guests

To discourage cheating by double reviews, shilling votes or any other such abuse can we mimic the rule we have here on the forums? Only one account per person and turn off the review and voting options for the public. It only takes a second to register and it would be much easier to track user statistics and ip address (abuse prevention). Yes? No? Perhaps still allow view only access to unregistered users, but if you want to truly submit content you might as well register? What's your thoughts on this matter?
