Suggestion - 3 tier ranking for extensions

Post by paulmark » Mon Mar 06, 2006 11:28 pm

As a recent noob...i found some extensions to be dead easy to install and configure...while others require a more advanced understanding of joomla.

Future enhancement - Suggest that a 3 tier ranking system be applied (simple, intermediate, advanced  or equiv) to help future noobs (and heros) in selection process.

This is where the Reviews come in. I recommend the following steps when you run into trouble:

1.) Search related forum threads here and at the project's home for verification
2.) Post to related forums and/or contact the developer to verify
3.) If no response, post review with your user experience and contact history to Extensions Directory
