[Fixed] component not displaying correctly

Hello

I'm using IE6
Screen size is 1024x768
the browser is not full screen but takes from 50 to 90% of the screen.

I go to http://www.joomla.org/, click on the extensions tab - http://extensions.joomla.org/

The extensions display at the bottom of the screen, below the bottom of the left hand column, white space is between the search button and the extensions text.

I've seen this on my test joomla sites, and several other joomla sites.

I think it's only adjustable width templates, but I've seen it with different templates.

I've attached screen captures showing the problem
