Bug in rule to add tool

I was adding to a tool to the extensions Dir.
I could not add it unless I added also added a Component or a Module check box.
Then it submitted.

Thanks for the reply I did that the same day it could just be a setting thats why I posted.
It's just a heads up.

By the way I use your Hotproperty app works well out of the box.

I edited few lines but overall very nice.
