Oceania forum locked?

Can anyone tell me why the Oceania forum appears read only to me. I don't see the new post button or reply button in any of the threads. Is it something in my profile settings thats wrong?

there's nothing wrong with your profile.
i went to the oceania forum just now,
but i can't see any reply and new topic button.
it doesn't seemed to be locked.
it just that most of the thread there was posted
long time ago.
you can try to contact brad for this

Because the international forums are only designed to the used in languages other than english, we have decided to close the Oceania Forum.

Feel free to ask and Joomla questions in the main forums, and any off-topic posts in the 'General Discussion' forum.
