Dev Blog > Jinx > Templating
This article http://dev.joomla.org/component/option, ... d,33/p,30/ which I just re-read needs updating to change references to 1.1 into 1.5! Just had me slightly confused before I remembered it was both the same..
Also, is there any more extensive info available currently about the new templating, and also about those new template parameters, it is very! unclear to me what they are for/ will do and who will want to use them??
Thanks.

Joe, i'm not planning to change any articles I have written in the past. Information refering to 1.1 simply refers to the Alpha2.
At this point there is not extra information available about the new templating features besides what I wrote in that article. Best way to experiment with the power of the system is to have a look at the site and administrator templates on the SVN.

Ok, will take a look at those.
Will be confusing for occasional readers / browsers of the site to find 1.1 mntionned in various places, and find no trace of that version..

Joe / Johan - Maybe the documentation team can help with that kind of update. Obviously, Johan is a bit busy. But, Joe, you are right -- we've got a lot of 1.1 to turn into 1.5. I'll post a question with Michelle.
Thanks, guys.

I posted a message in the Doc forum. So, we will see what Michelle says, Johan. Thanks!

Michelle indicated that Shayne was going to be working on these changes across the Joomla! websites. Thanks! Amy
