Shouldn't it be:
Share the gift of laughter with others. And bring mirth to the world. (Note the capitalization of the letter "A" in the word "and".)
Personally I don't like starting sentences with a coordinating conjunction and would drop the "And" all together:
Share the gift of laughter with others. Bring mirth to the world. <<< We have a winner!
