Hot Properties labels problem

Hi,

I hope this is the correct forum to place my question under? We are running the Hot Properties extension on a Linux server and all is fine. However, when we run it on a Win 2000 server we have a problem where all labels on certain forms show "Type" instead of things like "Price", etc.

Can anyone tell me what may be missing on the Windows server, or what we can do to correct this problem?
