Currently RSS feed from joomla.org is down:
Requests for:
http://www.joomla.org/index.php?option= ... e&Itemid=1
returns:
Warning: fopen(/home/joomla/public_html/cache/rss20_com_frontpage&Itemid=1.xml): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/joomla/public_html/includes/feedcreator.class.php on line 711
Error creating feed file, please check write permissions.
Same for:
http://www.joomla.org/index.php?option= ... &Itemid=33
But:
http://extensions.joomla.org/index.php? ... com_mt_rss
is still working...

I read this messages thank only my portal is ASP and I read and publish RSS in JOOMLA.ORG If I see permission dinaid I select other URL address and read other RSS JOOMLA. Before read RSS TEMPLATES JOOMLA today RSS COMPONENT JOOMLA.
