Care regarding reviews of commercial extensions

I was typing this elsewhere when the thread was closed so...

"Just as an aside it is probably prudent to take some extra care regarding reviews of commercial extensions as there may be  finanical consequences for the developer and so extra care and diligence should be taken when approving negative reviews. It is regulary quoted in the forum that this is not the place for disputes to be aired between customers and commercial developers and I would have assumed that a similar rule was in place at the extensions site."

Hi brian,

You´re absolutely right on this. The same rule should and will be used for the Extensions Directory.
If mistakes happen, which we try hard to avoid, then it will be corrected a.s.a.p.
No need to argue on that issue, we will take extra care

I have edited the review last night (with the permission of Barry) to just point out a few pitfalls when delivering large amounts of mail. Hopefully this will better reflect the situation.
