Hi Steve,

You need to change the permissions to 'Public' for project, files, etc.

Have a look at the left menu at http://forge.joomla.org/sf/sfmain/do/home# - See 'Quick Links->Online Help
At the Online Help read the: Project Administration->Controlling project access
In the Online Help you can find lots of other info for managing your project  :)

Hi ot2sen

Yes I've had a look at the help file but the instruction seem to differ than what I see.
I have no Default Access Permissions tab  or any permission control for that matter???

Hi Steve,

Admit its a bit tricky.

Try to login at the forge and go to your project. Click the 'Project Admin' icon at top menu.
Then at the leftside menu click the 'Permissions' menu.
Click tab3 ~ 'Default Access Permissions'. At the bottom/right theres a Edit icon. Then you should be able to change permissions  :)

First of all thanks for you help.

After clicking the 'Project Admin' icon at top menu.
All I get on the left is:

Tracker Settings
Task Manager Settings

And that's it no permissions.

The project should be visible now. The setting is in: PRoject admin --> Permissions --> Default Access permissions. Good luck with your project.
