Removing "Join the project" - it's possible

Hi,

I just got the information from SF, that it would be possible to remove this "Join the project" bottom in general.

This means that it could be easily removed within the standard template used on our site. I'm wondering if we would like to ask SF to do so. It would affect all projects of course, but I think normally no project manager approves someone just based on such an request.

It would be nice if a project admin has a configuration choice to have either "join the project" shown or not. Would this be possible?

What I know is that in the version we are running it isn't possible at the moment.

The only possibility is that you are dropping (uncommenting) it in the overall template. But not individually.

This is something what will be possible in the future - at least that was what they have said ;-).
