Joomla! does not offer any commercial/professional services. Joomla is developed and supported by a community of volunteers. Some of those community members may offer commercial/professional services but Joomla! does not

Don't Joomla Developers also do commercial work ?

There are hundreds if not thousands of individuals and companies available for custim work and there is a forum here for "professional services" and you should seek assistance there.
