Easiest way to build an online donation page

Can someone please tell me - what's the easiest way to build an online donation page? Which extension should I use?

My requirements are:

User can fill in his/her full contact info, choose a donation amount from a predefined list of amounts or choose own.

Processes through verisign.

Can send user an email comfirmation.

Ideally, I can get the contact details to populate the community builder contact table, though I am not holding my breath
