Problem to connet forge.joomla.org whit cvs program

I'm not able to connect to download at forge.joomla.org with an anonimous access for update my file.

what are the paramets to access on the server?

I want download an latested verson of code of docamn.

Docman isn't using CVS, it is using SVN (just checked). This might be your problem. There is also a TortoiseSVN version.
