Regular text and links both blue and have text decoration set to none

Just a small suggestion (hopefully you'll find this a valid one):

In http://www.joomla.org, I would usually hover at the blue text, just to check which are actually links or not. If the same color would be applied to regular text and links, it might be best if the links have a text decoration of underline, just to easily distinguish one from the other.
