Project acceptance at developer.joomla.org

I have created a project in my workspace but it said it was sent for approval. How long does that take?

I don't see anything in my workspace yet associated with the project I created.

Depending on the work of the Coremember which are involved in the approval process it can be in a range from 6 - 24 hours i guess later up to maybe 48 hours during a weekend, so be patient and enjoy the weather if you have sunny weather

There has been a high volume of projects being started over the weekend (natch, since the site is new) - I'm seeing project approvals happen quite swiftly. Looks like the members of the core Joomla team are really on the ball with project approval.

174 projects have been created in about 48 hours! I try to approve them as soon as I see the emails arriving.

That's actually a new world record (and I know about what I'm talking. I'm not a real software engineer, I just play one on TV)
