Here is my non profit site:
http://www.vfbev.de/joomla/
This site doesn't use many modules or bots. It's optimized for fast access and finding, using a (hopefully ) nice and pleasing design and it's joomla 1.0 allready.
I'm in the step for a university site (or a site for the faculty of law, to be specific). What troubles me most is the way of organizing the rich amount of information in a way every user finds it piece of information in a minimum given time. There are so many different interests which need to be considered. The second part is the design, though this is not directly joomla related.

Re: My non proft site
I like it - clean and clear. The only things that look out of place are the orange arrows in the breadcrumbs path and for the 'top' link. They would look better if they matched the yellow colour at the top of the header image.

I like this site. Inspirational coloring. I wish I could read German?
Clean and neat. I particularly like the login popup. How did you do that?
