Download file for Joomla 1.0.0 corrupt?

Hi there - forgive me if i am wrong, but i have followed the link to download the Joomla 1.0 (just recently started playing with Mambo, and am thinking seriously of converting to Joomla), and the download does not appear to be working, ie, i can unzip the files, but the filenames are empty with weird filenames and folder structure.  Does look a little odd!

Am I missing something?

You're 100% sure that the download completed? There isn't any type of CRC errors when unzipping?

Does seem odd. last time I checked we had over 11,000 downloads of Joomla! 1.0 without a report of a problem (as far as I have seen).
All I can recommend is try the download again - if you still hae problems, post the file size that you received and checksum + how you are unpacking it.

Still no joy.

However, in the meantime, I see that 1.01 has been released.  This download works fine for me!
