I am currently updating my files and am moving bsay.co.uk to a better server, however basically i have hacked alot into it and made point systems and a referral. Currently scotland are in the production of an egovernment for petition, however i came up with the idea and concept of discussion at the end of july. check bbc news. I hope that people can support my site when i get it running. I am no professional php or html programmer however after learnign from other peopl's code i understand most concepts well.
