Please fix e-mail topic notifications for this forum!!

When an e-mail notification goes out about a new reply to a topic, the link is mangled like this:

View the reply at: http://forum.joomla.org/index.php=3Ftop ... seen=23new

The correct link is:

http://forum.joomla.org/index.php/topic ... 6.html#new

I am using Eudora. Please fix!!

Thats strange I get the correct link in my notification email . Whats even more strange is this

replace

=3F with ?
=3D with =
=23 with #

in

http://forum.joomla.org/index.php=3Ftop ... seen=23new

to get

http://forum.joomla.org/index.php?topic ... icseen#new

Which is a correct link

If it were % instead of = then it would be converting properly:

%3F with ?
%3D with =
%23 with #

But =3F, =3D, and =23 is meaningless in any urldecode/urlencode situation.

Yes, thats right but the links in my email work correctly. I am using Yahoo! web based email.

The strange thing is, the e-mail link I get for THIS topic is fine. As well as some other e-mail notifications. It is only this topic and a few topics in the past:

Maybe it is because the initial poster has a _ in their name?
