Joomla.org SMF forum config/packages
I was wondering which packages were being used on this forum.

Hope it helps

Nope.. just standalone.

I'm completely new to integrating a forum into Joomla! ...am running phpBB2 for a World of Warcraft guild, but as it grows more needs arrive (for news, calendar, links to eqdkp, other stuff etc....and well of all the CMS's I looked at Joomla! just "feels" the best :p.)
Sofar tried to implement phpBB2's component but it gave me a hard time since I have to work around the php safe_mode setting.
(I can get it disabled but I'd rather not to...)
Wondering: how do you maintain the same top menu here at the forum (its on a different (virtual?) host ok ...but still, wondering how you managed to fix the top menu in this SMF setup ...(new to SMF, tho ran YaBB for ages but thats also been ages ago :p).
OR with the SMF component/wrapper, should I not be worried and can I configure the layout via Joomla itself ?
(so many trees, its hard to keep focus on the forest :\)
