Joomla Extension Rating System Topic is solved

I am really interested in Joomla specially that I think that it can integrate with vBulletin. I have couple of questions

- Did people validate that it works with vBulletin 3.6.4 and also it is compatible with Joomla 1.5 or not?

Also I am dying to know whether there is an extension that is like the one on Joomla Extension page

which includes star review and rating and comments. Can you please let me know which extension to use or is it built in Joomla

The footer of the extensions site show which is powering it, a changed version of Mosets tree.
