Form to Article?

I was wondering if it was possible to make some sort of form. When users fill out the form, it basically creates a new article using the data they entered from the form...

There is a program called Phil-A-Form...not sure all of its options but I know you can create different form structures..

Are you looking to have the form/article go through an approval process?  What sort of articles?  Just questionaire?

I am basically setting up a rating service for movies. Users will need to submit movies that need to be rated, hence the need for a form. I want the form to have fields like title, genre, plot, etc, and after filling out the form, a formatted article is created with the information. Then users can rate the movie by rating the article. I might try to implement xtdratings or something as well.

It is a commercial product, but from what I have read it is well worth the price.  I personally do not use it but have read the ratings for it at the above link.  Believe there is a trial version you can use as well.

Supposedly you can configure the product for any sort of categories, etc.
