AGGGGggggggHHH!!!! Please help b4 I go mad. Vanishing buttons and info

Most of my buttons have vanished.  I cant post a forum, I cant edit profiles, I cant upload pictures and i cant see my calendar or edit them from the front end.  forms vanish, buttons like those below that allow you to post vanish.  I dont really know if im in the right forum i just wish someone could help me .  This is happening in more than one website.
