How can I republish a component?

Dear JED team,

My component is recently unpublished because the hosting was down. Now I have been moving the component to joomla forge, I hope it can be republished again.
the new downloading URL is http://forge.joomla.org/sf/frs/do/viewS ... ts.vfm/frs

I don't know how to contact JED staff by email, so I posted here, sorry.
