How can I get in touch with users who posted reviews?

We have had some criticism on our Exensions Entry for the AEC Subscription Manager. The thing is that we not only posted there, but have also worked specifically on the issues that were addressed.

But now I thought it might be best to ask the users who raised their voice on these issues if they would like to beta test our changes. Yet there seems to be no way to get their email?

Another question would be whether we could, in case we resolved the issues that the users had, delete their review as it is then not accurate anymore?

Unfortunately, we cannot release the details of reviewers without their express permission.

Probably the best thing to do is report the review via the report function on the Joomla Extension Database. I will contact the users in question and ask them if they are willing to contact you direct for an updated copy of the software. I will direct them to your site (please post a link to here) and hopefully they will be interested enough to come back to you. The users then will be able to let is know if their old reviews no longer apply and we can remove them if they request.
