not receiving password on developer.joomla.org

I am not sure this is the right area for this question.  But I can't find any way to contact someone on developer.joomla.org.

When I registered I did not receive a confirmation e-mail.  When I requested a new password I did not receive a password.  I was hoping someone could help as this problem may affect others as well.

I am using yahoo mail my user name is muskiediver.  Please advise or point me to the right person whom I should contact.

I replied in another thread that I don't see your id in the registration queue. Please try again and re-post if you still have problems.
(double check your e-mail address when you register -- I know, I know -- but it's the most likley problem)
