:-[
I have to appoligise to J! Reactions designers because i left them a bad review (the product wasnt working) but it ended up being my fault because i needed to change the semi-manual setting to manual..Then again i would have the administration for J! Reactions already set to manual by default because most people like instant gradification, meaning install a component make a few ajustments and go. (Its kind of a hidden deal)
Anyways sorry for the bad feedback and the product works absolutely perfect!

Im not sure if i posted in the write forum or not please move if not.

I saw the original review on 15 Jan (which refers to J! Reactions as 'bunk') and was forced to submit a detailed response because I was 100% certain that the review was baseless. Now I find this message!

It is now 23 Jan and the review/rating is still hanging without my refutation.

Come on, mods. You could not miss this message and miss my reply. The message above is a clear indication that you were NOT supposed to publish his review in the first place. My earlier response should have alerted you to a problem.

Please advise.

Hi winuser,

Just took care of that one. Review and Vote removed, and Voting recalculated.
