I can login here just fine, which is obvious, but when I go to add a review for 'Z Weather', it says I need to login first, and when I do, it says my userid/password is invalid......

Who on earth do I e-mail or PM regarding a problem with logging in to write a component/plugin review ?

Hi Fredman,
Sounds like you try to use same username/pw for forum and Extensions Directory.
These are 2 different sites and you need to also register at http://extensions.joomla.org before you can submit a review.
