Downloading Joomla Topic is solved

Hi All,

I have been trying to download the latest stable build of Joomla all morning and am still unable to access either of the download areas even now!

Has anybody else had a problem accessing either:

developer.joomla.org
or
forge.joomla.org

Just wondered if it was a network issue here in the office as I have never known Joomla to be down for so long!
