There should be a way for users of Joomla! Forge to list only projects that have released files. Such a filter should be applicable together with other filters. For example, assuming a categorization similar to that of mamboforge, if a user chooses the components category and the release filter is active, only component projects with at least one release are displayed.
An RSS feed that informs about new releases would also be great
