New Joomla! logo found in Monster's logo base

I have found this logo in Templatemonster's logo base. Don't you think that it looks too much to Joomla! logo? This logo is in Templatemonster's logo base for years. Probably many company used it until now. 

I don't have any bad intentions, just wanted to let you know about it.

The Joomla! logo has been chosen.  There are going to be many similar logos just as their would be no matter what logo we went with, it makes no difference. I suggest we just all move on to bigger and better things.

If you check closer, there is indeed a difference out, in TM's logo people use their left hand and whereas our Joomla uses Right hand to connect to other people. So there is a difference

Also these people have had their heads cut off.......

Perhaps it would make a fitting logo for Mambo.
